PSAS Emerging Artists Awards
EAA PROGRAM

In past years, each spring we invited 11th grade students to submit applications for Emerging Artist Awards. Two students receive scholarships for 2-D and 3-D studio art courses at local art programs. At the 8th grade level, art instructors recognized five students from each studio discipline, who received Book Awards selected by their teachers.

We hope to continue this scholarship program in the coming years.
As a reminder, Wellesley Parents Supporting Art Students (WPSAS) is dedicated to supporting students interested in the fine and visual arts in the Wellesley Public Schools and to assisting faculty with the goals of nurturing these students.
Membership is open to all parents and guardians of children who are enrolled in the Wellesley Public Schools, WPS alumni, and friends residing outside of our town who wish to further artistic creativity in Wellesley.
